This Financial Group’s International Headquarters Office spans three full floors of Park Avenue prime real estate. The gut-renovation was performed in consecutive phases in order to maintain the group’s daily operations with minimal disruption. 
The design incorporates separate departments radiating around a 3-story atrium and incorporating a main feature circular staircase. A large communal kitchen, as well as a multipurpose exercise space reinforces the office’s sense of community and employee-interaction. 
Spatially, our client’s concern was to create transparency while maintaining privacy: this was achieved through the interplay of frameless glass walls with floating wood privacy panels. The latter paired with linear lighting patterns on a continuous ceiling; counterbalance the low height clearance in such large spaces.
