This Bank HQ office spans 20 floors of a core and shell structure which was originally designed as a residential building. The challenge was to convert the inherited floor layouts into functional office spaces, addressing the needs of the different banking departments, with different densities and programmatic requirements. All the while maintaining a coherent and clear esthetic throughout the floors: The presence of full height wood paneling warms up the space while creating an open feel through the use of glass partitions and linear uniform lighting across floors. The custom-made modular furniture provides versatile solutions to the different setups whereas the top executive floors allow for a more playful and high end approach, catering to the needs of VIP clients and executives.
